Job Description Summary
Position Responsibilities:

Administer and support pricing platforms and initiatives for Sunbelt's Specialty lines of business, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics to drive adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement, including:• Customer Dynamic Pricing (CDP)

Market analytics tools
-
Competitive and market pricing intelligence

Web-based pricing and market data processes
-
Provide both in-depth analysis and clear explanation of pricing structures and alignment across Sunbelt’s various end markets as well as how they will improve performance
-
Ensure Sunbelt’s rate/price optimization programs and campaigns align with best practices and are perpetuated throughout all of levels of the organization

Work independently to maintain extensive test and control models to determine best practices and improvement opportunities

Implement analysis packages using data warehouse, SQL, Power BI, and other tools and processes

Support management in the interpretation and execution of KPI reports and other performance metrics

Collaborate with IT leadership in building and optimizing consistent rate tools, processes and system integration

Additional special projects as assigned/needed
Requirements: Education & Experience:
- BS in Finance, Economics, Operations or related business discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years industry experience or 1 - 3 years’ experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, Power BI and data warehouses/data cubes
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $64,790.00 - 89,086.80 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
