Full job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Coordinator of Community Relations leads Signature Healthcare’s community relations and community benefits strategy, strengthening partnerships that advance the health and well-being of the communities we serve. The Manager serves as a key liaison to local nonprofit organizations, public health agencies, municipal partners and other community stakeholders and helps connect community priorities with Signature Healthcare resources and expertise. The role leads the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Implementation Plan/Strategy processes; coordinates community benefits data collection, tracking and regulatory reporting; and develops and supports community programs, events and partnerships aligned with identified health needs. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, requiring a highly organized and hands-on professional with relationships with nonprofits in the market. This person should be comfortable working independently and representing Signature Healthcare in the community.
