As the Evening Shift Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, focusing on quality patient care, staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide leadership and guidance to our evening shift team members, ensuring seamless transitions during shift changes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing patient charts, medication administration, and staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the evening shift team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care

• Manage patient charts, medication administration, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations

• Collaborate with the Morning Shift Unit Manager to ensure seamless transitions during shift changes

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient care and regulatory compliance

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
