As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of automotive dealership technician experience.

  • Experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on electric vehicles; hybrid and/or EV training is a plus.

  • Previous brand-specific experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Land Rover and dealership teammates to improve processes and maintain an efficient workflow.

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

  • Genuine commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

  • Safety: Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect shop operations, such as handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
