Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant

Locations Served: Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale and surrounding areas

Pay: $16–$20/hr | Flexible Schedules | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

What You’ll Do

  • Daily Support: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other personal care needs.
  • Health & Safety: Administer medications as directed, monitor vital signs, and document updates in our EMR system.
  • Specialized Care: Provide compassionate support to clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory care needs.
  • Home & Meals: Prepare nutritious meals and provide light housekeeping.
  • Outings & Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and other necessary outings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in senior care.
  • Ability to safely operate mobility equipment, including Hoyer lifts.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
  • Compassion, patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
