Full job description

Lead and manage litigation matters related to real estate and corporate disputes, including commercial lease issues, construction claims, zoning disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, and breach of contract matters.

Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance issues.

Supervise junior attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Develop and expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Collaborate with firm leadership to drive practice group strategy and mentor associates.

Ensure high standards of client service, ethical practice, and professional development.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Admitted and in good standing with the [State] Bar.

Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with substantial time focused on real estate litigation and corporate litigation.

Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and cross-practice collaboration.

Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

Portable book of business preferred (minimum $500K ideal but flexible depending on candidate profile)
