Job Description The Product Manager is a global role that is responsible for the PowerFlex 755T variable frequency drive (VFD) portfolio, accessories, and options. Key leadership responsibilities to support these portfolios includes: product launches, strategic planning, customer product alignment, pricing, negotiations, forecasting, business promotion, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management. There will be direct customer interaction to support customer engagements globally. The Senior Product Marketing Specialist will also provide the short-term and long-term strategic business direction and how it aligns with Development, Operations and Engineering service partners. You will report to the Lead Product Manager for the PowerFlex 755T Portfolio. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic planning for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio through a BSR (Business Strategy Review) process. Drive product-market fit through Voice of Customer (VoC), market analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Lead alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. Lead creation and management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) aligned to customer needs and business outcomes. Develop and manage pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning to increase market share. Lead high-impact customer engagements including executive discussions, roadmap alignment, and escalations Drive resolution of field issues and product anomalies, including customer-facing messaging and prioritization. Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence, and to meet evolving standards and customer requested product changes and enhancements.
