Job Description:

The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a strategic, collaborative, results-oriented Divisional Manager, Product Development Technology & Training to strengthen how technology and training enable our expanding Global Product Development organization.

This role requires a strong leader who can turn complex business questions and ideas into clear direction, practical solutions, and sustained results. You will partner effectively with users and leaders at all levels, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure strong execution and follow-through across initiatives. Success in this role means balancing innovation with disciplined execution while scaling technology and learning solutions across a large, diverse, and entrepreneurial organization in support of the speed, flexibility, and changing needs of our dynamic off-price business model. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in our Framingham, MA headquarters.

What You'll Do Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Product Development Technology and Training.
  • Partner with leadership to align technology and learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and industry trends to improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Partner with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to include Product Development, IT, Legal, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing connections with internal customers to understand evolving needs, gather feedback, and ensure technology and training priorities deliver practical business value.

Transformation & Delivery

  • Lead enterprise-wide technology, training, and process transformation programs.
  • Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor success metrics to drive continuous value realization.

Operations & Change Management

  • Oversee technology operations, prioritization, support processes, and service delivery.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management and communication strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and professionals.
  • Create accountability, growth opportunities, and strong team engagement.
  • Build organizational capabilities that support long-term business success.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field, gained through a combination of professional experience, education or combination of both.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading complex business and technology initiatives.

  • 5+ years managing teams, including experience leading managers.

  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience actively contributing to an organization’s evolution to it’s next state of growth, complexity, and operational maturity.

  • Strong understanding of the Product Development lifecycle and related technologies including PLM systems, 3D platforms, workflow solutions, and other tools.

  • Expertise in technology strategy, learning and development, and organizational capability building.

  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities with the ability to translate vision into results.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

This position has a starting salary range of USD $131,100.00 to $170,400.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
