  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies.
  • Establish market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value proposition strategies.
  • Ensure product launches are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Lead and develop multiple product management and/or product marketing teams. Define organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance processes that enable efficient execution.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish scalable processes, performance metrics, and best practices for product management teams.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness through prioritization, resource optimization, and process improvement.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, strategic marketing, or related commercial leadership roles in the Cell Analysis field.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including management of managers and multiple functional teams.
  • Direct Cell Analysis industry experience. Experience limited to adjacent life science markets without significant Cell Analysis responsibility will not be considered.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product portfolio and marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in global or regional leadership roles within a matrix organization preferred.
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
