The Senior Product Manager, Electrophysiology , is responsible for developing and executing market-driven portfolio strategies that support sustainable business growth, customer value and innovation within image-guided therapy. The role translates customer needs, clinical trends and market insights into differentiated value propositions, portfolio recommendations and commercial programs. Working across global and regional teams, the Senior Product Manager provides subject-matter expertise, leads cross-functional initiatives and supports the successful development, launch and lifecycle management of solutions for electrophysiology customers.

Your role:

  • Develop, plan and execute portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, guide investment recommendations and monitor performance to strengthen customer value and business results. You will focus on customer and market insights, building relationships with customers, clinical experts and industry stakeholders to gather and synthesize market intelligence, while translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product, service and solution requirements that inform portfolio and commercial decisions.

  • In support of value proposition and commercial execution you will develop differentiated customer value propositions, market narratives, sales-enablement materials and competitive guidance. You will partner with regional and commercial teams to support launches, customer engagement and strategic opportunities, using market feedback and performance insights to refine programs and portfolio recommendations. Your role will lead cross-functional workstreams, align global and regional stakeholders and ensure customer and market perspectives inform planning and decisions. Additionally, you will influence without direct authority, coordinate priorities and dependencies and promote disciplined execution with timely escalation of risks.

  • Engage external organizations and industry stakeholders to advance customer value and business objectives. You will evaluate collaboration opportunities and support the governance, alignment and execution of approved initiatives. For this role, measures of success are driving progress against portfolio and business objectives through timely, high-quality recommendations and strategic initiatives. In addition to strengthening customer relevance, market adoption, commercial enablement, cross-functional execution, stakeholder alignment and evidence-based decision-making.

You are the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years’ experience with Bachelor's in business, engineering, biomedical science, clinical science or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • Your skills include Your skills include significant experience in product or portfolio management, clinical marketing, strategy, or business development within healthcare technology or a related industry; strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and strategic thinking; and a demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into strategies, requirements, and commercial actions. Knowledge of electrophysiology clinical workflows, customers, and market dynamics is strongly preferred.

  • You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in business, engineering, biomedical science, clinical science or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong presentation, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills, fully comfortable making recommendations under uncertainty. You bring experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed organizations, while effectively managing competing priorities. You are open to traveling to customers, clinical sites, industry events, and company locations as needed.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $140,000 to $223,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
