Full job description
Position Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of the Company's long-term capital investment strategies that support enterprise growth objectives through partnerships and alignment with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, and Real Estate teams.

Provide executive oversight for all phases of project delivery, including site selection support, due diligence, feasibility analysis, budgeting, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Develop and maintain governance processes, project controls, and performance metrics to ensure consistent execution across all capital projects.

Direct internal project management teams and external consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and construction management firms.

Establish and maintain corporate standards related to project management, construction quality, design, sustainability, safety, and cost management.

Lead annual and multi-year capital planning processes, including project prioritization, business case development, and financial forecasting.

Required Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
-
15 plus years of related experience
-
Project management experience, overseeing major building design and construction.
-
Extensive knowledge and understanding project management principles and general construction best practices including OSHA requirements, building codes, environmental compliance.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
-
Excellent supervisory skills including team leadership and development.
-
Ability and willingness to travel as required (up to 20%).

Proficient in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
Preferred Education and Experience:
-
Master’s Degree, Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management; or, MBA
-
Foodservice, Processing, and Distribution experience.
-
Design-Build Project Management on greenfield projects over $20M.
