About the Company

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to measure, install, repair, and service custom window coverings. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in blind installation, shade installation, motorized shades, home improvement, carpentry, or general installation work who enjoys customer interaction and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Location: Peachtree City, GA | 100% On-Site, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Measure, install, repair, and service custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized window treatments

  • Handle light fabrication, including mounting motors, building headrails, and cutting wood

  • Deliver a white-glove client experience, from protecting the home to a final walkthrough teaching clients how to use their new products

  • Program motorized shades and complete all finishing touches with care and precision

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and design partners

  • Keep your company van, tools, and inventory organized and well maintained

  • Grow your skills through paid product training, team meetings, and on-site shadowing

What You Get

  • Compensation: $52,000-62,000 base DOE + bonuses

  • Company-provided technology and equipment for quoting and organization

  • Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays by appointment only)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in window treatment installation, blinds and shades installation, carpentry, handyman work, home improvement, or a related trade (preferred)

  • Experience with motorized shades or smart home programming is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring skills

  • Professional, friendly communication with clients in their homes

  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely

  • Ability to lift products, climb ladders, and work on your feet throughout the day

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Reliable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
