Full job description
Support first-time in college students from orientation through graduation and aid them in meeting their career goals. Interpret and analyze student's individual experience to formulate plan of action to accomplish goals and maintain academic persistence.Manage a large caseload of students through regular contact in person, via email, text, and other forms of communication.Provide individualized and organizational programming to promote retention and timely graduation with a focus on career outcomes; utilize holistic advising practices and key on- and off-campus resources to address both academic and non-academic concerns. Communicate with on-campus student success programs, career services, and all undergraduate colleges and schools (CSUs), as well as regarding individual student situations.Utilize various case management tools and data sources to manage large caseload, including GradSnapp, Advisors Toolkit, EAB Navigate, and multiple dashboards and databases.Other duties as assigned
