Full job description
Coordinate with SWD engineering team to develop, document and execute detailed technical execution plans, maintain schedule of critical development and testing events, and measure and status progress towards meeting those critical development events to supervisory chain.Oversee SWD project execution, including fabrication, integration, at-sea testing, and support of undersea sensing and communications technologies.Assist SWD Program Managers with staffing by identifying personnel resource needs, identifying candidates, interviewing, and hiring full-time engineering staff members.Prepare and present written reports, PowerPoint slides and other graphical media of test event details and results to internal and external project stakeholders.Other related functions as assigned.
