Full job description
Coordinate with Advanced Tactical Systems Division (ATSD) engineering team to develop, document and execute detailed technical execution plans, maintain schedule of critical development and testing events, and measure and status progress towards meeting those critical development events to the supervisory chain.Serve as the technical systems lead, evaluating engineering development plans and reviewing design against technical requirements.Oversee ATSD project execution, including fabrication, integration, at-sea testing, and support of undersea sensing and communications technologies.Prepare and present written reports, PowerPoint slides and other graphical media of test event details and results to internal and external project stakeholders.Assist ATSD Program Managers with staffing by identifying personnel resource needs, identifying candidates, interviewing, and hiring full-time engineering staff members.Other related functions as assigned.
