\n The Level 3 Rules Analyst shall possess the following capabilities</span></b></span> \n

• Will identify compliance obligations in legal and policy documents in accordance with established procedures.</span></span></span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Use multiple word processing and presentation tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro).</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Use task tracking and documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA).</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Engage with customers to understand problems and determine solutions based on existing documentation and guidance.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Analyze compliance obligations to identify, design, and maintain controls, system requirements, and/or machine-readable rules that enable compliance automation.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Provide subject matter expertise to the development of mission compliance-related policy and guidance.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Create and maintain user guide documentation for analyzing legal and policy documents.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Familiarity with Customer authorities demonstrated with practical experience.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Innovate ways to categorize, organize, and manage compliance obligations and related controls, system requirements, and/or machine-readable rules that enable compliance automation.</span></span></span>\n

\n Qualifications</span></span></b> \n

\n </span>\n </div>\n

• Requires 15 years of relevant experience in programs involving Customer authorities, and a Bachelor\x27s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., legal, technical field, library science) from an accredited college or university. </span></span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• A Master\x27s degree or J.D. may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to 13 years of experience. </span></span></span> \n

\n </span></li>\n

• Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor\x27s degree for a total of 19 years.</span> \n

\n </span></span></span></li>\n

• Or a J.D. and at least 5 years experience in the legal or 5 technical aspects of Intelligence Community Privacy Compliance required.</span></span></span>\n
