A leading healthcare logistics and technology organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its growing engineering team. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work on a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem that supports real-world operational workflows across a national platform. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, API integrations, and enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture.

This position provides far more than routine Salesforce administration. The selected professional will help transform and modernize a mission-critical environment while influencing development standards, architectural decisions, and future platform direction. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

  • Strong Apex development expertise

  • Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  • Experience supporting or modernizing Aura Components and Visualforce

  • Salesforce integration experience utilizing REST APIs

  • Strong understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data modeling

  • Experience with asynchronous Apex solutions

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

  • Experience with Git source control methodologies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desired Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

  • Salesforce App Builder certification

  • Salesforce Architect certifications
