Full job description

About Corridor Corridor is an AI-native employee benefits brokerage. We help employers pick, buy and run their benefits. Our AI takes care of the paperwork that eats up most of a broker's week, so our advisors can spend that time with clients. We started in 2026 and are backed by Bain Capital Ventures.

About the Role We're hiring our first product marketer. What we sell is a service. Each client gets a named advisor who answers their questions, helps design the right plan, and handles the follow-up when someone joins, leaves or has a problem with a claim. Almost every broker says they give good service, so we need to show it in a way a busy owner actually believes, and give them a reason to talk to us now. You'll work with our founders, advisors and growth team to figure out who we should be talking to, what we say to them and what we offer. Then you'll build the pages, decks and scripts that carry that message, and find out whether they work.

What You'll Do

  • Spend a lot of time with customers. Join sales calls, go through call recordings, and talk to the clients we won and the prospects who went elsewhere.

  • Decide which types of businesses we focus on and what usually prompts them to look for a new broker.

  • Write the positioning for each of those groups, including how we compare to whatever else they'd do.

  • Work with our advisors and product team on the offer: what service and technology a new client gets, and how we package it.

  • Build the assets yourself. That means landing pages, sales decks, email copy, case studies and the talk track for an advisor's first call.

  • Launch new offers with our marketing and partnerships teams, and choose where to test them.

  • Track how many clients your work brings in, and change course when something isn't landing.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 3+ years in product marketing or growth at a startup, ideally selling to small businesses. We'll want to hear about a launch you ran and what happened to the numbers afterward.

  • You enjoy talking to customers and can tell what's really bothering them.

  • You write well and quickly.

  • You'd rather build a first version yourself than wait for design or engineering, and you already use AI tools in your day-to-day work.

  • You're comfortable with numbers. You can set up a simple test and read the results.

  • You're OK with priorities changing every few weeks. We're early, and that's how it is right now.

No benefits or insurance experience needed. We'll teach you the industry.
