NATURE OF POSITION:
The Sr. Contract Procurement Specialist will prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts and purchase orders.
Position is located out of our Southborough, MA District office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the overall contract process
-
Review contract terms and revise to ensure compliance and mitigate business and legal risk.

Manage space capital L capital D and price escalation review with regional manager
-
Manage review of scope in parentheses and price) with sales team
-
Lead negotiations on complex terms with customers serve as a primary liaison between internal departments (Legal, Risk, Sales), customers and leadership
-
Track master agreement execution and agreed upon changes in parenthesis list)
-
Draft amendments slash riders as needed
-
Track contracts through full cycle parenthesis on track listing)
-
Draft impact templated contracts when needed manage signature process for all district contracts ensure contracts are filed in executed folder and bid folder and uploaded to ticketing system once finalized
Manage overall COI process
-
Request all COI’s for contracts executed in the district
-
Serve as point person for customers and internal stakeholders IE design for all district COI’s
-
Manage CLI renewal distribution process
Manage OCIP/CCIP requests

Complete enrollment paperwork for any GC space OCIP/CCIP
-
Work with search team to ensure accuracy and obtain appropriate signatures
Manage performance and payment bond requests
-
Complete paperwork for any performance or payment bond requests
-
Work with bonds team to ensure accuracy and obtain appropriate signatures
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
Knowledge of contract principles and procurement practices.
-
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel or similar tools.
-
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
-
Demonstrate integrity, and honesty.
-
Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills.
-
Good communication skills (written and verbal). Able to interact with all levels of organization.
-
Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech and written communications.
-
Able to adapt behavior to different people and situations. Be flexible by adjusting interpersonal approaches appropriate to the manager/employee.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

3-5 Years of Procurement or contract management experience
-
Bachelor's degree
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
