The role calls for strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive process improvements, manage project outcomes, and encourage successful adoption of change.
Responsibilities:

-
Build strong working relationships with sponsors, business leaders, technical teams, customers, and project peers to shape delivery strategies and resolve issues effectively.
-
Monitor project risks, barriers, and performance trends using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data, then take timely corrective action when needed.
-
Coach and support project team members by providing guidance, performance feedback, and development opportunities that strengthen collaboration and results.
-
Conduct post-launch evaluations to capture lessons learned, share outcomes with teams, and improve future project delivery practices.
-
Review vendor execution and service quality, escalating concerns when performance does not meet expectations.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, broad scope, and high business impact.
-
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, reporting, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and build alignment across business and technical groups.
-
Experience supporting organizational change through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, presentations, and project documentation.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present updates clearly to leadership and project teams.
