Position Overview

Behavior Technicians provide direct support to students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs in school environments. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, providing one-on-one support, promoting positive behaviors, and assisting students in achieving academic and social success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience

• Current CPR certification, if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Experience working with children in educational, behavioral health, or related settings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
