Responsibilities The Manager of Finance and Analytics for Home Health and Hospice is responsible for leading financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice. This role serves as the primary resource for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship. The Manager partners with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager's duties also include directing, analyzing, managing and coordinating all financial functions, including but not limited to overseeing and monitoring project accounting, business case development, variance analysis, department level budgets, KPI tracking, labor analysis, day-to-day business and financial operations, annual surveys, and licensure for home health and hospice agencies. Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field. Required

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field. Preferred
Work Experience

5 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience. Required or

3 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience with Master’s degree. Required
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
