As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming

Supporting safe mobility and transfers

Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation

Offering companionship and emotional support
-
Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition

Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
What We're Looking For:

Age 18 or older
-
Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Current auto insurance
-
Clean background check and drug screening

Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
