Description
Robert Half Permanent Placement is excited to partner with a vital international manufacturer company in Angola, NY on their search for an HR Generalist. This role is ideal for an established Human Resources specialist with an open-door mindset and an employee engagement HR philosophy. This is an in-office position with starting salary of $65,000 - $75,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Support a broad range of HR functions, programs, and projects across both production and distribution teams

Analyze HR data and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations
-
Partner with employees and managers to resolve issues with a strong customer-service mindset
-
Help ensure compliance with employment laws, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
-
Contribute in a fast-paced environment where urgency, judgment, and attention to detail matter
-
Assisting recruiting efforts, job postings, and management of staffing agency contracts and communication
Requirements
-
2–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or analyst capacity
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
-
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
-
Experience with UltiPro HRIS is a plus
