• Monday-Friday

• Typical hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations while leading and developing a team of production employees. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising an operating production shift

• Managing daily production schedules and workforce assignments

• Ensuring production goals, quality standards, and delivery targets are achieved

• Promoting and enforcing safe work practices throughout the facility

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to maximize performance

• Conducting employee evaluations, performance reviews, and developmental planning

• Hiring, training, and onboarding new team members

• Driving accountability while fostering a positive and engaging team culture

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

• Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to support business goals

• Monitoring key performance metrics and communicating results to leadership

• Previous experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong supervisory, coaching, and employee development skills

• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities

• Ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

• Ability to effectively manage performance and hold team members accountable

Preferred Qualifications

• Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Leadership experience

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience

• Experience in assembly, industrial manufacturing, or production operations

• Experience with employee training, succession planning, and talent development

• Familiarity with safety policies, quality systems, and production metrics

This is a Permanent position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $82000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
