  • Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, metadata, data dictionaries, reporting, analytics, and data-quality remediation.

  • Author and peer review functional, technical, training, planning, roadmap, and governance documentation.

  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and release readiness activities.

  • Support solutions and integrations involving ServiceNow, AWS, and connected enterprise systems.

  • Lead requirements discovery and process-design activities for complex, cross-functional capabilities and integrations.

  • Resolve conflicting stakeholder needs, identify dependencies and risks, and drive decisions needed to keep delivery moving.

  • Establish analysis, documentation, traceability, data-governance, and acceptance standards for the team.

  • Mentor analysts and review requirements packages for completeness, clarity, technical feasibility, and testability.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

  • Ability to obtain and maintain any additional customer suitability approvals required for the position.

  • DoD 8570/8140 IAT II (i.e., Security+, CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)

  • Early-stage flexibility with partial telework during initial development phases

  • Full-time on-site presence at secure facility in Washington, DC will be required as the program matures

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, security, and customer teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Eight to twelve years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading business and systems analysis for large software, data, integration, or digital transformation efforts.

  • Advanced experience decomposing complex needs into epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, interfaces, data rules, and business processes.

  • Experience briefing customer leaders, resolving competing priorities, and guiding analysts and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow applications such as TSM, TNI, OMT, TSOM, or ITSM.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, AWS, ServiceNow, SAFe, Kanban, ITIL, DevSecOps, or CI/CD environments.

  • Experience supporting data governance, master data, integrations, reporting, dashboards, or migration from legacy applications.

  • Relevant certification such as PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA, ITIL, SAFe, or Scrum Product Owner.
