JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Maintains and validates Consolidated Asset Listing data to support SECREP inventory accountability, allowance management, asset visibility, and redistribution decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate SECREP inventory and asset-accountability data in applicable systems of record.

  • Maintain accurate CAL records and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Support inventory reviews, allowance assessments, asset-status reporting, and redistribution actions.

  • Assist with development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly SECREP reports.

  • Coordinate with Site Leads and Government personnel to resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity.

  • Provide technical support for SECREP inventory-management processes and asset accountability

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.

  • One to two years of military reparable-management experience.

  • Experience with inventory management, stock positioning, distribution support, and sourcing.

  • Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
