  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Guest Experience

  • Act as a visible leader in the lobby and front office areas, setting the standard for hospitality excellence.

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.

  • Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable about room rates, promotions, packages, and hotel amenities.

Financial & Strategic Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing department budgets, labor plans, and performance objectives.

  • Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service levels.

  • Manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.

  • Support overall hotel goals through strategic planning and operational excellence.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
