Rehab Program Manager

Outpatient- Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Great Work/life Balance and Flexibility of hours

Location: The Crossings at Wilmar, Wilmar, MN

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,

Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends

Rates: state range $36 to $45 an hour

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice

  • Must meet Clinical Competency requirements

  • Current CPR certification, preferred
