You’ll be:
-
Joining the Cedar Rapids Community Outreach team with onsite visits, initial sales calls, and ongoing relationships in all chartered counties.

Assist with credit union growth by increasing membership and member deposits and loans.
-
Manage on-going relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and on-site visits.

Onboard new members in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Identify existing member and new member needs with a focus on deepening relationships by looking for ways to increase the average number of products per member.

Generate leads with the intent to grow your book of business with support from team.

Proficient in reading credit reports with the ability to identify loan referrals.

Develop an understanding of credit union products and services with the ability to make a qualified sales referral to subject matter experts.

Assist in creating and delivering presentations with the intent of educating, while promoting Dupaco products and services.

General understanding of technology utilized to enhance business and member relationships including tracking sales calls, visits and presentations with current and prospective contacts.

Perform other duties as assigned.
You'll Need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
-
Experience in sales preferred.
-
Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
-
Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
-
Ability to make sound decisions with a thorough knowledge and understanding in credit union policies and procedures.
-
Ability to make sound decisions based on understanding of financial industry regulations.
-
Ability to travel to various sites.
