Full job description
Overview
Being on medication is tough enough. We want to make getting it the easy part. Getting prescriptions to patients has become increasingly complex. When things get messy along the prescription journey, pharmaceutical manufacturers rely on us to untangle the process and create a clear path—allowing patients to build trusting relationships with their medication brands.
We’re not only committed to taking the pain out of the prescription process, but we’re also devoted to bringing the brightest minds together under one roof. We bring together diverse voices—engineers, pharmacists, customer service veterans, developers, program strategists and more—all with one vision. Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.
The Senior Vice President, Product Management, Awareness & Adherence Solutions sets the multi-year vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap for EHR-based HCP and patient awareness, engagement, and adherence solutions. The role leads product innovation and lifecycle management, portfolio investment and performance, client and market engagement, commercialization, and cross-functional execution while building a high-performing product management organization and advancing scalable digital, AI-enabled, and analytics-driven capabilities.

Lead the portfolio's evolution toward a scalable digital, AI-enabled, personalized, and insight-driven product ecosystem.
Product Innovation and Lifecycle Management
Identify and advance growth opportunities across HCP and patient awareness, engagement, adherence, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept and commercialization through optimization, modernization, and retirement.
Organizational Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing Product Management organization with clear accountability, strong talent development, customer-centered execution, and effective change leadership.
Cross-Functional Strategy and Execution
Partner with Commercial, Operations, Technology, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Client Success to translate market needs into scalable, reliable, and differentiated solutions. Align product, network, operational, launch-readiness, sales-enablement, and commercialization priorities.
Investment and Growth Planning
Prioritize product investments, develop business cases, and evaluate build, buy, partner, and acquisition opportunities based on strategic fit, customer needs, financial expectations, delivery capacity, and revenue-growth potential.
Client and Market Leadership
Serve as the senior product executive in strategic client engagements, executive reviews, industry forums, and partner discussions. Gather executive-level feedback, represent the organization as a thought leader, and use market insight to validate strategy and roadmap priorities.
Market Intelligence and Transformation
Monitor healthcare, regulatory, competitive, digital, AI, and advanced analytics trends to identify market opportunities, inform portfolio decisions, and maintain long-term competitiveness.
Business and Portfolio Performance
Define KPIs and financial targets for product adoption, utilization, patient engagement and outcomes, revenue growth, and profitability. Develop annual operating plans and portfolio targets, and present performance, risks, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
