Reporting to the Quality Manager , the QMS and Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high product quality and providing the highest level of customer service at our Loveland facility.
This position is part of the Hach Company located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.
In this role, a typical day will look like:

The QMS and Training Coordinator administers established Quality Management System (QMS), document control, training, onboarding, and qualification processes for the site. The role maintains accurate records and systems, monitors completion and compliance, and resolves atypical issues using established procedures and prior practice

Working with limited supervision, this position supports audit readiness, explains QMS and training requirements to employees and process owners, and adjusts work practices to improve the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of team support

This is an on-site position based at the Loveland Operations site. Because the role directly supports Operations, the employee is expected to work on site Monday through Friday; this is not a remote position
The essential requirements of the job include:
-
Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Business, Human Resources, Training, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Three to five years of experience in quality systems, training administration, onboarding coordination, compliance, document control, or a related manufacturing support role

Strong internal customer service orientation, ability to work with a wide range of partners
-
Experience using a Learning Management System, quality system, document management system, or similar business system to maintain records and track requirements
-
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or another regulated quality system is preferred
-
Ability to organize detailed work and manage multiple deadlines

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $27.40 - $29.17 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
