IERUS Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Mid-Level MDS Radar Test and Analysis engineer to join a diverse and flexible team; the ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in Missile Defense MDS test and analysis, and will apply working knowledge of critical radar functions * including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and scheduling - to support Sensor Element performance analysis across formal MDA Ground Test (GT), Ground Test Distributed (GTD), and Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI) testing. Primary Responsibilities: Deep dive analysis of critical radar functions - including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and scheduling - to support Sensor Element performance analysis; Design and refine analysis tools and conduct performance analysis on AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, and/or COBRA DANE; Development of mission specific test plan, test procedures, and test reports; * MDS GT and FT Mission Management. Requirements: * BS in Engineering or similar field; * 3+ years of experience; * Strong understanding of missile defense test methodologies (Monte Carlo simulation, HWIL testing, pre/post-mission analysis) is a plus but can be trained; * Deep knowledge with the operation and/or analysis of at least one of the following radars AN/TPY-2, SBX, UEWR, Cobra Dane; * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize technical data into clear briefings; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MATLAB ; * Active Secret Clearance or higher; * U.S. citizenship required.
