Now Hiring for The Gala House Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, and Catering Positions Delectable Endeavors is hiring hospitality professionals for The Gala House, a new restaurant and event operation at The Orchards Hotel in Williamstown. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and events. CURRENT OPENINGS: - Bar Manager ($18/hour+tips) - Lead bar service, staff support, opening/closing, inventory, and service standards. - Bartenter ($12/hour+tips) - Prepare beverages, serve guests, process orders, restock, and maintain the bar. - Server ($6.75/hour+tips) - Take and deliver orders, provide attentive table service, and process payments. - Host (15-$17/hour) - Welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support dining-room flow. - Kitchen Staff ($18/hour) - Assist with food preparation, service, storage, cleaning, and kitchen support. - Catering Staff ($16-$25/hour) - Support event setup, food and beverage service, breakdown, and cleanup. - Sous Chef ($20/hour) - Help lead kitchen operations, food preparation, service, quality, and sanitation. - Line Cook ($18/hour) - Prepare menu items, maintain an assigned station, and follow recipes and standards. - Prep Cook ($18/hour) - Prepare ingredients, follow recipes and portions, and maintain safe food storage. - Dishwasher ($15/hour) - Wash and sanitize kitchenware and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen. - Busser ($15/hour) - Clear and reset tables, maintain dining areas, and support the service team. - Food Runner ($15/hour) - Deliver dishes promptly and accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
