Job Description An HR Business Partner is a Human Resources professional who actively integrates the business strategy with people management practices. The business partner is the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers on strategic issues and helping them implement high-performing, integrated HR practices.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities

Lead with accountability, trust, and innovation; foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Manage talent practices, including DEI, performance, and succession planning.

Align HR strategies with business goals and provide expert guidance on policies.

Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing, performance, and development.

Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and company policies (e.g., IATF, ISO, ISMS)

Drive engagement and lead culture/process improvements.

Oversee HR operations, team leadership, and budget management.

Investigate and resolve employee relations and policy issues.
Qualifications Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.

8+ years HR experience in manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment laws; automotive experience a plus.

Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Advanced MS Office and HRIS expertise; SAP experience preferred.
