You don't need professional cleaning experience—we provide paid training and teach you our proven cleaning system. Approximately $450–$750 per week for someone working regularly, including electronic tips, plus mileage reimbursement and any cash tips.

🧹 What You'll Be Doing You'll travel with your teammate from our Decatur office to customers' homes and:

• Clean homes according to our proven system and checklist.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Treat customers' homes and belongings with care.

• Work together to complete each home efficiently and thoroughly.

• Check your work and take care of missed details before leaving.

📍 Important Details

• Start time: 7:45 a.m. every weekday

• Office: 1242 Clairmont Road, Decatur

• Typical end time: By approximately 5:00 p.m., depending on the day's route

• Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required

• Schedule: Monday–Friday; hours are based on the assigned route, so this is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position

• The work is physical and includes standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting supplies, and repetitive cleaning motions.

• Reliable attendance is especially important because you'll be working as part of a two-person team.
