Job Description

You enjoy shaping the future of product innovation as a core leader, driving value for customers, guiding successful launches, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.

As a Product Manager supporting Business Banking Lending, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Pricing and Risk Decision capabilities that enable smarter, faster, and more consistent credit and pricing outcomes. You will define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for these capabilities—from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption—ensuring that Lending teams have the tools, workflows, and decision support they need to evaluate risk, set pricing, and approve transactions with confidence. You are hands-on with AI tools, using them to accelerate discovery, investigate existing system functionality, generate requirements, and draft test cases, while also being a strong decision-maker who can identify the right solution options, align cross-functional partners, and own execution through to outcome. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will partner closely with technology, risk, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to build features that improve decision quality, reduce cycle time, and support business growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Defines the product strategy and vision for Pricing and Risk Decision capabilities within Lending, translating business priorities into a clear, sequenced roadmap of features and enhancements.

  • Owns the discovery process , including stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, and converts insights into well-defined epics, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

  • Leverages AI tools as a core part of the discovery toolkit—querying and investigating existing system capabilities, synthesizing research findings, drafting requirements and user stories, and generating test cases—to accelerate time-to-insight and improve the quality and consistency of product artifacts.

  • Establishes and governs the product backlog for pricing and risk decision work, balancing speed-to-value with operational readiness, risk posture, and long-term platform health.

  • Drives continuous improvement of the decisioning experience by identifying friction points, streamlining workflows, and enabling more automated, consistent, and transparent credit and pricing decisions.

  • Ensures pricing and risk decision capabilities support regulatory, credit policy, and control requirements, and facilitates feedback loops that identify opportunities for ongoing product and process improvement.

  • Identifies and evaluates solution options, makes clear decisions on trade-offs, and partners with cross-functional teams (technology, risk, finance) to drive alignment and arrive at the right path forward.

  • Owns execution and delivery outcomes by working closely with technology throughout build and launch, and remains accountable for the business impact and adoption of delivered capabilities.

  • Defines and tracks success metrics for the roadmap, including decision turnaround time, approval rates, pricing accuracy, user adoption, and operational efficiency impacts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a closely related domain.

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery planning, and value realization.

  • Hands-on proficiency using AI tools to support product discovery—including investigating existing system functionality, synthesizing research, generating product requirements, and drafting test cases—with demonstrated ability to apply these tools to accelerate and improve discovery outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify the right solution options, make sound decisions, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, aligning stakeholders on scope and sequencing.

  • Proven track record of owning execution—partnering with technology to deliver durable capabilities and taking accountability for adoption and business outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

  • Experience building and scaling capabilities for regulated financial services domains, including lending, credit, or risk, with an understanding of the operational and control expectations for decisioning systems used in underwriting, pricing, and approval processes.

  • Engineering background combined with an MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.

  • Proven track record of working through ambiguous problems and driving product growth through innovative solutions and strategic feature development.
