Job Summary
At Absolut Center of Endicott, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. As a Wound Care RN, you will play a crucial role in assisting our wound care team in providing high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering dignified and respectful care.
Job Responsibilities

Provide wound care treatments to patients, including debridement, dressing changes, and other wound care therapies

Conduct clinical assessments to identify wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on wound care techniques and best practices

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
