Full job description

About the Company

At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.

Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role:

Flow is looking for a hands-on visual storyteller to shoot and edit the photo and video content behind our brand, buildings, and communities. You'll work directly with the Marketing Team to plan, capture, and produce content for every marketing and brand channel, from digital and social to print, signage, events, presentations, and beyond. This is an end-to-end role: you'll be behind the camera, in the air with the drone, and at the editing desk. At Flow, brand is not a layer added at the end—it is the foundation beneath every decision we make. This person will help capture the Flow brand, package that content quickly to be consumed in a mobile-first environment, and find the moments that evoke feeling. You'll turn everyday life inside our buildings into stories people want to be part of, content that makes someone stop scrolling and imagine themselves living at Flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video and photography used across all marketing and brand materials, including social media, website, paid ads, email, leasing and property marketing, print collateral, signage, presentations, events, and brand campaigns

  • Operate a drone to capture aerial photo and video of properties, neighborhoods, and the Miami skyline

  • Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) alongside polished longer-form pieces such as property tours, brand films, and resident or community features

  • Capture interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle, events, and team content

  • Collaborate with teams to develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards that support campaign goals

  • Manage the full production workflow: pre-production, shooting, editing, color, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery in the formats each channel requires

  • Maintain and organize a library of photo and video assets so the team can find and reuse them

  • Keep all visual content consistent with Flow's brand voice and style

  • Stay current on content trends, formats, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team

  • Care for and manage camera, lighting, audio, drone, and editing equipment, and recommend gear needs

Ideal Background:

  • 2-4+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and/or content creation

  • Active FAA Part 107 drone license and hands-on experience flying drones for photo and video

  • A strong portfolio showing video, photo, and aerial work, including short-form social content

  • Expert-level skill with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop (Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)

  • Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and audio equipment

  • Knowledge of drone safety, airspace regulations, and flight planning

  • A good eye for composition, lighting, color, and pacing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and shoots

  • Reliable transportation to get to shoots across Miami

  • Comfortable working on-site in Miami
