Oversee operations of accounting department. Prepare, examine and analyze financialrecords for accuracy in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; prepare tax returns,pay taxes; oversee preparation of payroll; prepare yearly and quarterly payroll reports; performmonthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, revenue, and asset accounts; prepare annualbudgets; identify risks, make recommendations to management to reduce costs, enhancerevenues, and improve profits
