Private Equity Firm | San Francisco Bay Area | Hybrid (1-3 Days Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Manage fund and GP accounting, including investment activity, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements

• Support annual audits and tax filings

• Monitor fund cash activity and liquidity

• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations

• Partner with Investor Relations to support LP reporting and inquiries

• Assist with fund operations, investment transactions, and ongoing process improvements

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in audit or tax serving investment management, private equity, venture capital, or fund clients

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

• CPA or CPA candidate preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Interest in building a career within private equity fund accounting and operations
