Full job description
Digital and Social Media Communications:Plan, write, design, and distribute internal and external newsletters.Coordinate content development, editorial review, and publishing schedules.Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across recurring communications.Support integrated communication campaigns by executing content plans developed in partnership with the broader communications team.Podcast and Emerging Media Support:Support planning and production of organizational podcasts, including scheduling, guest coordination, and preparation of show notes.Assist with basic audio editing, publishing, and promotional support.Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape episode themes and storytelling approaches.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with communications colleagues, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into clear, engaging digital content.Support cross-functional initiatives by contributing communications assets and execution support.Maintain strong working relationships with campus partners to ensure coordinated, effective messaging.Perform other related functions as assigned.
