About Us

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment

  • Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed

  • Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures

  • Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

  • Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
