PRODUCTION MILL WORKER Primary Duties: Employees will be assigned to various positions and shifts within departments according to operating needs. Assignments will be primarily entry-level positions, but may include any and all processes, equipment, and positions within the department. When not assigned to a specific position, employees will perform general labor type duties. Requirements: 1. Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Manufacturing experience preferred. 3. Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and overtime as scheduled. 4. Must demonstrate ability to adhere and comply with all safety requirements. 5. Must be highly motivated and be willing to support manufacturing needs. 6. Basic analytical, reasoning, measurement and math skills. 7. Knowledge of manufacturing, production operations, and industrial technology preferred. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent work habits. 10. Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
