Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois is seeking an experienced Detail Technician - Full Service to join our team in Shiloh, IL. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands what it takes to make a vehicle look its best. This position is designed for an experienced automotive detailer who wants to sharpen their skills, increase productivity, and be rewarded for their efforts. Responsibilities * Thoroughly wash and clean vehicle exteriors * Clean wheels, tires, wheel wells, windows, and exterior trim * Vacuum and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors * Shampoo and extract carpets, floor mats, and upholstery as needed * Clean and condition leather, vinyl, plastic, and interior surfaces * Perform pressure washing, car washing, and manual labor tasks * Complete vehicles efficiently while maintaining Auffenberg quality standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Properly use and care for detailing equipment, tools, and chemicals * Take photographs of vehicles as needed Requirements * Previous professional vehicle detailing experience is required * Strong understanding of full automotive detailing fundamentals * Ability to work independently and efficiently * Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated * Detail-oriented with pride in quality workmanship * Able to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment * Willing to learn and improve existing skills * Focused on both quality and productivity Auffenberg provides additional training and development to enhance your current skill level, improve efficiency, and help you consistently produce high-quality results. Benefits Our compensation is competitive and performance-based: $50 for the first 10 vehicles detailed each week, and $75 for each vehicle thereafter.
