Outpatient Physical Therapist

Temporary Department: OFIL Physical TherapyShift: Full-Time, Days, 1.0 FTEFacility: Olympia Fields Hospital Location: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461Compensation Rate: $60.00/hr. Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.

2. Current state Physical Therapy license.

3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $$60.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
