Responsibilities

You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and assist with executing assigned projects. AutoZone is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Store Development Intern to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of store development initiatives. Your work will contribute to shaping the future of AutoZone's retail presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will collaborate in teams and manage your own projects, working closely with store development professionals, construction partners, and cross-functional business teams. This hands-on experience will ensure your success and provide you with tangible results by the end of your internship.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university during the Summer 2027 internship program (June 7 - August 6, 2027). Students who graduate before June 7, 2027, are not eligible for the program.

• Must be able to reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the internship. Relocation assistance is available for eligible non-local students. Non-local students are defined as those who do not have available family housing in the Memphis area and whose college or university is not located in Memphis.

• Applicants should apply to no more than two internship roles that best align with their interests, skills, and experience. If you are uncertain which department is the best fit, please use this general application.

• Experience using Alteryx, GIS, and AutoCAD is a strong plus.

• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
