Pay or shift range: $27 USD to $31 USD

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Rate: Up to $31/hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus and Shift Differential Sign-on Bonus: Up to $3,000Shift Differential: $3.00 extra for evenings, $1.50 extra for overnightsShift: Full-Time, Part-TimeSchedule: Evenings, 3 pm - 11 pm | Overnights, 11 pm - 7 am
Harris Hill Nursing Facility is looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to its nursing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies

Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and IV therapies within the LPN scope of practice

Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers, supervisors, and responsible parties
-
Accurately document care, treatments, observations, and medication administration
-
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care
-
Maintain up-to-date resident care information and communicate pertinent information during shift changes
-
Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards
-
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives
-
Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred

Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required

Current CPR Certification required

Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and resident care practices

Ability to supervise nursing assistants and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
