Welcome and check in visitors; sell tickets to visitors.??Assist?visitors with wayfinding and orient visitors to the exhibitions and programs at the museum; accurately answer visitor questions.?Work collaboratively with museum staff and volunteers. Answer phone and accurately field questions.?Process ticket sales, merchandise sales, membership sales, and refunds using a credit card machine. Accurately record sales and receipts using?the Altru?point-of-sale program. Restock merchandise in the gift shop.?Inventory management which includes?processing?inventory shipments, organizing and displaying new merchandise andassistingwith quarterly inventory counts.Assistwith group visit operations.Collect constituent information, encourage enrollment in the membership program.Other duties as assigned. ?
