Serve as first-level contact for students, parents, and campus partners.Greet visitors at the Welcome desk in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manor.Provide general information, answer common questions, and guide visitors to the correct department or staff member.Assist with opening and closing procedures.Complete daily tasks to ensure the office operates efficiently.Occasionally assist with and attend Tabling and Outreach events.Contribute ideas and support to TOS social media efforts.
